What You'll Be Doing
You'll be caring for homes across the Denver area, primarily recurring clients and larger scope cleanings. Our goal is not just to complete the job, but to leave every home feeling noticeably better and every client feeling taken care of.
What You'll Get

- Flat-rate pay per job (not hourly) with the option to choose the jobs you want
- Most cleaners earn the equivalent of $35–$45+ per hour depending on efficiency and consistency

- The ability to grow your income by taking on more jobs
This structure is designed to support you. When you're consistent, efficient, and detail-oriented, your earnings reflect that.
Example: Many of our cleaners complete 2–3 homes per day, with daily earnings typically ranging from $150–$400+ depending on job size and pace.
