Built between the 1930s and the 1960s on some of Denver's largest residential lots, Hilltop holds Tudor revivals, mid-century ranches and a growing number of full-rebuild new builds, all on streets shaded by mature trees.
The neighborhood gets its name from the elevation. Cranmer Park at the center has some of the best Front Range views in the city and the homes that surround it carry a certain Denver-old-money character that the newer neighborhoods can't replicate. The lots here are big. The trees are bigger. The driveways often hold three or four cars without effort.
