A NEIGHBORHOOD WE KNOW WELL

Central Park homes were built for connection.

Built on the site of the old Stapleton Airport starting in the late 1990s, Central Park is Denver's largest residential neighborhood and one of the most celebrated new urbanist communities in the country.

The neighborhood holds about 30,000 residents across 12 sub-neighborhoods including Eastbridge, North End, Northfield, Bluff Lake, Wicker Park and Conservatory Green. Almost every home was built after 1999, with the alley-loaded garages, front porches and walkable streets that the original master plan called for. The name officially changed from Stapleton to Central Park in 2020. Longtime residents still use both names interchangeably.

Our cleaners know what's specific to Central Park homes. The alley-loaded garages with the family entrance through the back. The mix of single-family, townhome and live-work spaces sometimes on the same block. The Master Community Association rules about exterior maintenance that don't extend to the inside but inform how clients think about their homes. We work within all of it.

WHY CENTRAL PARK (FORMERLY STAPLETON) CLIENTS STAY

What our clients here tell us they value.

ONE

Built for connected living.

Central Park homes are designed around the neighborhood. The front porch that's actually used. The alley-loaded garage that doubles as the family entrance. The block that knows each other by name. Your cleaner notes how your home connects to the community and works with it.

TWO

Vetted for the homes we serve.

A full background check, reference checks, a face-to-face interview, five supervised cleans and verified liability insurance. About 1 in 10 applicants make it onto our roster. The trust we ask for matches the homes we walk into.

THREE

Flat-rate, start to finish.

Pricing you can see on the booking page in seconds. No deposits. No surprise charges. The number you agree to is the number you pay, every visit.

FOUR

An office team that answers.

Call or text 720.499.0700 and a real person responds during business hours. Reschedule, ask a question, request a different cleaner. No phone trees, no chasing.

QUESTIONS

Common questions from this neighborhood.

Do you clean homes in Central Park or Stapleton?

Yes. We clean across the Central Park neighborhood (also still called Stapleton by longtime residents) covering the 80238 ZIP code. That includes Eastbridge, North End, Northfield, Bluff Lake, Wicker Park, Conservatory Green and the other named sub-neighborhoods.

Do you clean townhomes and paired homes in addition to single-family?

Yes. Central Park has a wider mix of housing types than most Denver neighborhoods: single-family, paired homes, townhomes, live-work units and condos. We clean all of them.

Pricing is based on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage so the format of your home doesn't change the formula, just the inputs.

How quickly can you start in Central Park?

Central Park is part of our regular service area so we have availability within the week for most first-time cleans.

Recurring clients lock in a permanent time slot when they start service so the same cleaner shows up on the same day, every visit.

Can you use the alley entrance instead of the front door?

Yes. Most Central Park homes have alley-loaded garages and the family entrance is through the back. Tell us how you'd like your cleaner to enter when you book. We'll fit ourselves to your home's actual entry pattern, not whatever the listing photos showed.

OUR PROMISE

Our Re-Clean Guarantee.

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no cost. No fine print, no exceptions. We'd rather come back and make it right than keep your money on a clean that didn't meet the standard.
