About deep cleaning.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a recurring clean?
A recurring clean keeps a home in its current condition. A deep clean resets the home to a tighter baseline. Deep cleaning includes everything in a recurring clean plus detail work that does not get touched on a regular visit: cleaned doors and frames, wet wiped baseboards and blinds, vacuumed and wiped furniture, spot cleaned walls, cleaned window ledges, and cleaned ceiling fans. Most homes need a deep clean before starting a recurring plan and then quarterly thereafter.
Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?
Often, yes. Recurring service works best when your home is starting from a clean baseline. If it has been more than a few weeks since the home had a thorough clean, we will suggest a one-time deep clean as your first visit and then settle into your regular rhythm from there. The decision is made during your quote, not after the first visit.
How long does a deep clean take?
Most deep cleans run roughly twice as long as a recurring visit for the same home. A two-bedroom home typically takes four to six hours. A larger home with more rooms or heavier condition can run a full day. We confirm timing with your quote.
Can a deep clean be scheduled regularly?
Yes. Many of our recurring clients add a quarterly deep clean to keep the home in tighter shape year-round. We schedule them four times a year on top of your weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits. You see the recurring rate, the deep rate, and the cadence all in one quote.
Are inside oven and inside refrigerator included in a deep clean?
Inside oven and inside refrigerator are available as add-ons on a deep clean. They are standard on a move-in / move-out clean. If you want them included, just say so when you request your quote and we will add them to the scope.
