1. What we collect.

We only collect personal information that you give us, or that you authorize us to collect through your use of our site.

1.1 Information you give us directly

• Your name, phone number, email address and service address when you book a quote or service
• Details about your home (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, access notes, pet information)
• Payment information (card details are processed by our payment processor and not stored on our servers in full)
• Any messages or notes you send us by phone, text, email or web form
• Before-and-after photos of cleaned spaces taken by our team during your service. See section 5 for how these are used.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

• Standard web analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location)
• Cookies and similar technologies used by our site, our analytics partners and our advertising partners

2. How we use it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide quotes and book your service
• Communicate with you about scheduling, confirmations and follow-ups
• Process payments and issue refunds or credits
• Improve our service, our website and our customer experience
• Send marketing messages, only if you have opted in
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

3. SMS messaging and TCPA compliance.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to:

• Service confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling updates or changes
• Customer support follow-ups
• Promotional messages (if you separately opted in to marketing)

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service text messaging is separate from marketing text messaging.

4. Who we share it with.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our team and cleaners who need your name, address and access instructions to perform the service
• Our service providers who help us run the business (payment processors, scheduling software, email and SMS platforms, web hosting and analytics)
• Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, court order or to protect against fraud or illegal activity

We require our service providers to protect your information and use it only for the purpose we share it for.

5. Photos taken during your service.

Our cleaners take before-and-after photos of the spaces they clean. These photos serve two purposes:

• Documentation for quality control, damage claims and team training. Documentation photos are stored privately and not shared outside our team.
• Marketing on social media, our website and advertising materials. Marketing photos never include addresses, identifying details, family photos, personal documents or people unless you have specifically requested it.

By booking with us, you grant The Haus Keepers permission to use before-and-after photos of your home for marketing purposes consistent with the rules above. You may opt out of marketing use at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or 720-499-0700.

Documentation photos continue regardless of marketing opt-out status because they are part of how we run a quality service. For the full photo policy, see section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Cookies and tracking.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your preferences and improve site performance
• Measure how visitors use our site (we use standard analytics tools like Google Analytics)
• Show you relevant ads on other sites you visit (we use standard advertising tools like Meta and Google Ads)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
