You do not need to clean before we come.

That is the whole point of hiring us. We ask that you put away personal items, valuables, or paperwork that you do not want handled. Everything else is our job. If a space is unusable because of clutter, your cleaner will work around it and let us know.

About recurring service.

How often should I have my house cleaned?

Most clients land on biweekly. Weekly works best for larger homes, families with kids or pets, or anyone who hosts often. Monthly is enough for low-traffic homes or as a maintenance layer on top of how you already clean. We help you choose during your quote.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Yes. Same cleaner every visit is the standard for recurring service. They learn your home, your preferences, and your routine. If your regular cleaner is sick or on vacation, we will tell you in advance and send a vetted backup.

Do I need to clean before my cleaner arrives?

No. You hired us so you would not have to. We do ask that you put away personal items, valuables, and paperwork that you do not want handled. If a space is unusable because of clutter, your cleaner will work around it and note it on the post-visit report.

What if something is not right after a clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the area at no cost. This is our Re-Clean Guarantee and it applies to every visit, every service.

Can I skip or reschedule a recurring visit?

Yes. Skip, reschedule, or pause anytime through your client portal or by calling our office. We ask for 48 hours notice when possible so your cleaner can plan their week.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring everything we need. If you have specific products you prefer your cleaner use (sensitive surfaces, particular floor cleaners, allergies), tell us at booking and we will work them in.
