What we need from you before we arrive.

A clean handoff starts with a few small things on your side.

  • An empty home. All furniture, boxes, and personal items removed before we start. If you need help coordinating timing with movers, tell us at booking.
  • Utilities on. Water, electricity, and heat or air running. We need them to do the work.
  • Access details. Key code, lockbox, or arrival instructions. We can coordinate directly with your realtor or property manager if easier.
  • Any walkthrough requirements. If your landlord or buyer has a specific checklist, send it to us. We'll match it.
PRICING

Custom-quoted to your home.

Move-in and move-out cleans are priced based on home size and condition. No flat rates, no surprise charges, no deposits.

  • No deposit. We hold your card on file and charge after the clean is complete.
  • If we walk in and the home is in heavier shape than described, your cleaner will pause and call our office before continuing. You sign off on the updated number before any extra work begins.

What is included in a move-out cleaning?

A move-out clean includes everything in a deep clean plus the items that landlords and buyers check during a walkthrough. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, inside the dishwasher, inside the washer and dryer, behind and under appliances, and all leftover trash and packing materials removed. Built for empty homes and final inspections.

Does the home need to be empty before you clean?

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans are designed for empty homes. All furniture, boxes, and personal items should be out before we arrive. If you need help coordinating the timing with movers, we can schedule the clean for the day movers finish loading or the day before your buyer or tenant arrives.

Will a move-out clean get my security deposit back?

Our move-out cleans are built to meet landlord and walkthrough standards. We cannot guarantee deposit returns, since those depend on the condition of the home beyond cleaning (damage, repairs, paint), but our checklist covers every item a typical lease inspection looks at: appliances inside and out, cabinets inside and out, baseboards, doors and frames, walls spot cleaned, floors, windows, and full removal of any leftover items.

What is the difference between a move-out clean and a deep clean?

A deep clean is a full reset on a lived-in home, with furniture and belongings in place. A move-out clean is built for an empty home and is held to walkthrough standards. Inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside cabinets, and inside washer and dryer are standard on a move-out clean. They are add-ons on a deep clean. Leftover trash and packing materials are also removed on a move-out clean only.

How long does a move-out cleaning take?

Move-out cleans typically run six to ten hours depending on home size. A small one-bedroom can finish in a single afternoon. A large family home in heavier condition can run a full day. We confirm timing during your quote.

Can you coordinate with my realtor or property manager?

Yes. Send us your realtor or property manager's contact info during your quote and we will keep them in the loop on scheduling and completion. We work with several Denver-area property management companies and realtor teams.
